Phone Inbox Agent Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Phone Inbox Agent is an Android productivity application that helps users organize supported communications, Gmail, reminders and activity in one unified workspace.

2. Google user data we access

When a user explicitly connects a Google account, Phone Inbox Agent may request access needed for Gmail mailbox features and to create or update a Phone Inbox Agent spreadsheet owned by that user.

• Gmail: message metadata and content needed for user-requested mailbox features.
• Google Drive / Sheets: access limited to files the application creates or the user explicitly authorizes.

3. How Google user data is used

Google user data is used only to provide user-facing features. Gmail message content is processed locally on the user's device and is not automatically sent to third-party AI providers or exported to the Phone Inbox Agent spreadsheet.

4. Data sharing

Phone Inbox Agent does not sell Google user data and does not share it with advertisers.

5. Storage and security

Connected-account credentials are protected using Android security mechanisms. Google Drive spreadsheets created by the app are stored in the user's own Google account.

6. Retention and deletion

Users can disconnect a Google account from Phone Inbox Agent and can revoke access from Google Account settings. Files created in Google Drive remain under the user's control.

7. Google API Limited Use

Phone Inbox Agent's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
