Phone Inbox Agent

Phone Inbox Agent is an Android productivity application that helps users organize supported communications, Gmail, reminders and activity in one unified workspace.

The app reduces the need to repeatedly open multiple communication services. Users can review supported inbox activity, see unread items, manage Gmail actions, organize reminders, and keep selected communication information in one place.

What Phone Inbox Agent does

Provides a unified dashboard for supported communication and inbox activity.
Lets users connect their own Gmail account and review Gmail messages inside the app.
Supports user-requested Gmail actions such as read/unread, archive, star, draft and send.
Helps users organize reminders, activity and selected communication events.
Can create a user-owned Phone Inbox Agent spreadsheet in the user's own Google Drive for supported non-Gmail workspace data.

Why Google account access is requested

Phone Inbox Agent requests Google authorization only when a user chooses to connect a Google account. Gmail access is required so the app can display and manage mailbox features that the user explicitly requests. Google Drive file access is used only to create or work with the Phone Inbox Agent spreadsheet owned by that user.

Privacy-first design

Gmail message content is processed locally on the user's Android device. Gmail message bodies and snippets are not automatically exported to the Phone Inbox Agent spreadsheet and are not automatically sent to third-party AI providers.

User control

Users decide which Google account to connect. Access is granted only after the user approves Google's OAuth consent screen. Users can disconnect the account in the app or revoke Google access from their Google Account at any time.
